AMICO & CO 20th Anniversary: A New Year of Innovation and Improvements
Amico & Co celebrated 20-years of growth and success by
co-sponsoring the Captain's party at the Monaco Yacht Show 2011.
The event gave Amico the chance to celebrate two decades of
achievements with its clients and partners, and to showcase a new
season of innovation and improvements.
Amico has introduced important developments both in its Genoa
and Cantiere Amico Loano shipyards, including improved refit-paint
sheds, larger in both in height and width, which allow the covered
hard standing of yachts up to 60m LOA to be completed in one
day.
Other developments include the new 900m2 workshop,
fully dedicated to its in-house mechanical department, and the
improvements to its contracted painting standards, which are
certified by a surveyor company.
Amico Loano's success is evident with work completed on more
than 70 vessels up to 65m LOA in its first six months of activity,
with positive feedback from customers.
